Free delivery for orders over $30.00
Once your order has been dispatched, it will take an estimated 1-3 business days. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 days. Holidays/weekends are not included in transit time.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Australia Delivery
Express Delivery – From $29.99 per shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be sent via express delivery and will take an estimated 2-7 business days. Holidays/weekends are not included in transit time.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Standard Delivery – From just $19.99 per shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it will take an estimated 7-20 business days. We may also ask for you to supply us with your Chinese address.
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
All products are inspected before sale to ensure our products are sent in perfect condition. However should you experience any problems with your order please contact us on shop@naturesbeauty.co.nz and we will either send you a replacement or a refund.
Cancelled Order
You may cancel your order prior to your order being processed / sent. Please note that orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours if the order is placed on Monday - Friday. Please send an email to shop@naturesbeauty.co.nz as soon as possible if you would like to cancel a recent order and we will refund the cost.
Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on our integrity and providing our valued customers with the highest quality products. Our returns policy for online purchases is made easy, if you are not satisfied with your product in any way we will either send a replacement or refund your money.
Return the products in their original packaging to us within 30 days and we will simply send you a refund (minus the freight cost). It is best to send us an email at shop@naturesbeauty.co.nz first or give us a call (09 6200 767) before sending the goods back to us. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product of equal or lesser value we will pay the freight for the replacement item(s). Unfortunately your original postage and/or import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 4 working days of receiving the returned item(s) and we will send you another email once the refund has been processed. If the goods were found to be defective we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Returns must be made within 30 days. Shipping expenses are not refundable.
